The Collaborative (Group) Leadership Training cultivates essential collaborative
leadership competencies, and helps gain the conceptual framework, vision, and
tools your organization will need to effectively incorporate these principles.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Implement Leadership Development Group sessions with the team to complement the individual roles and coaching, enhancing team dynamics, communication, cohesiveness, and collaboration

Facilitate 6 half day or up to 3 full day Leadership Development Group Sessions to be held

Group sessions will be themed topics, prioritized and determined based on the outcomes of the individual and group results of the Skills Assessment

Conduct 10 x 60 minute one-on-one follow-up coaching sessions with each team member to help them fully understand their profile, their leadership development opportunities and coach them to shift behaviours to become more effective leaders and team collaborators

Create and implement individual leadership development plans for each team member to provide continuous, sustainable post-coaching development.
